2. Description of Digital Products

• 2.1. The Vendor offers purely digital, intangible products (e.g., electronic books in PDF format, worksheets, audio assets).
  2.2. No physical goods or physical media are shipped. All products are delivered electronically via the website.

3. Order Process and Conclusion of Contract

• 3.1. Customers select digital products, add them to the cart, and proceed to checkout via WooCommerce.
  3.2. Prior to submitting an order, Customers must provide accurate billing details and acknowledge acceptance of these Terms.
  3.3. A binding sales contract is concluded immediately upon successful payment confirmation. An automated receipt/invoice is sent to the Customer’s registered email address, and instant access to the purchased files is provisioned directly on the website.

• 4. Prices, Taxes, and Currency

  • 4.1. All transactions are charged in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.
    4.2. International customers are solely responsible for any applicable local taxes, value-added taxes (VAT/GST), or cross-border payment processing and currency conversion fees imposed by their card issuers or local authorities.

  5. Delivery of Digital Content

  5.1. Electronic Delivery: All products are delivered purely in digital format. Upon successful payment, download access to the purchased files is provided immediately via the website and/or an automated confirmation email. No physical goods will be shipped.

• 5.2. Technical Requirements: The Customer is responsible for downloading and saving the files to their local device and ensuring they have compatible software (e.g., PDF reader) to access the materials.

• 6. Payment Terms and Gateway

  • 6.1. Payments are securely processed via PortOne payment gateway integration, supporting major international credit cards and designated global payment networks.
    6.2. If a chargeback, payment dispute, or fraudulent transaction is initiated without prior communication with the Vendor, the Customer’s download access and account will be revoked immediately.

  • 7. Intellectual Property & License

    • 7.1. All digital products, materials, text, graphics, and designs are the exclusive intellectual property of the Vendor.
      7.2. Purchase grants the Customer a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal learning license. Redistributing, re-uploading, reselling, sharing access credentials, or copying content for public use is strictly prohibited and subject to copyright law enforcement.

    • 8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

      • Due to the instant delivery and consumable nature of electronic files, the following refund rules apply strictly:
      • 8.1. Final Sale Upon Download All digital sales are final and non-refundable once the download link on the website has been accessed, clicked, or files have been downloaded.
      • 8.2. EU/UK Statutory Right of Withdrawal Waiver If you reside in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you expressly acknowledge and agree that the supply of digital content begins immediately upon purchase and that you waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal/cancellation once downloading or file access begins on the website.
      • 8.3. Pre-Download Refunds A full refund is available within 14 days of purchase only if our system logs confirm that the file has never been accessed or downloaded. In cases of discretionary refunds, third-party payment gateway transaction fees are non-recoverable and will be deducted from the payout amount where permitted by law.
      • 8.4. Defective or Corrupted Files If a downloaded file is corrupted or technically defective, the Customer must notify nyangbaekorean@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. The Vendor will provide a verified replacement file. If the issue cannot be resolved within 3 business days, a full refund will be granted.

      • 9. Limitation of Liability

        • 9.1. The Vendor makes every reasonable effort to maintain website availability but is not liable for temporary service interruptions caused by force majeure, server maintenance, or internet routing failures.
          9.2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Vendor’s total aggregate liability for any dispute shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by the Customer for the specific digital product.

        • 10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

          • 10.1. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
            10.2. Any legal disputes arising under these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court having jurisdiction over the Vendor’s principal business location, namely the Seoul Western District Court, Republic of Korea.
